I liked that I could wear it for 12 hours, having sex during period, it was less wasteful and I felt better wearing it. If you're traveling or super busy, the disc really is ridiculously convenient. Removal is a bit tricky and messy. The first time wearing it is the same as getting used to wearing a tampon again.
